2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Complete KYC verification using valid Aadhaar or business identification
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our platform for:

• Illegal content including but not limited to pornography, hate speech, or drug-related content
• Fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices
• Gambling or betting-related services
• Impersonation of other individuals or entities
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Attempting to circumvent security measures

4. Subdomain and Business Handling

For subdomain allocation and business websites:

• Subdomains are assigned only after successful KYC verification
• Business names must be legitimate and not infringe on existing trademarks
• Subdomains can be suspended or removed without notice for policy violations
• You are responsible for all content published on your subdomain
• Subdomain ownership is subject to continued compliance with these Terms

5. KYC and Verification Requirements

All business accounts must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using:

• Valid Aadhaar card for individual businesses
• Business registration documents for companies
• GST registration (where applicable)
• Bank account verification

6. Our Rights and Enforcement

GetHubService reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Monitor compliance with these Terms
• Modify these Terms with reasonable notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You retain ownership of your content while granting us a license to host and display it. Our platform, code, and trademarks remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms, subscription fees, and refund policies are governed by our separate Pricing and Refund Policy. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and you must remove any content or data you wish to retain. We may retain certain information as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
